We accept returns on unopened, unused Inky Duck products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original sealed packaging and include proof of purchase.
We cannot accept returns for opened or used numbing cream or tattoo balm, products with broken seals, or items damaged due to improper storage.
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Partial refunds may apply if packaging is damaged, items show handling, or bundles are incomplete.
If the return is due to our error (the wrong item or damage upon arrival), we cover the shipping cost. For customer preference returns, the buyer covers return shipping.
If an order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will replace or refund the item at no cost.
We offer exchanges for wrong items received or products damaged in transit. We do not offer exchanges for preference-based reasons.
Email us your order number, product name, reason for the return, and photos, if applicable.
