These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at inkyducktattoo.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of any products offered through the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Us
The Site is operated by Inky Duck Tattoo LLC, a veteran-owned Nevada limited liability company, offering tattoo aftercare products, including our aftercare balm and numbing cream. 2. Use of the Site

We make every effort to display our products and their descriptions accurately. Colors, packaging, and minor formulation details may vary slightly from images shown. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing and description errors at any time.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full payment card details.
5. Shipping
We currently offer free shipping within the United States on all orders. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Product Use and Health Disclaimer
Inky Duck Tattoo Aftercare Balm is a cosmetic product for external use on tattooed skin. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Inky Duck Numbing Cream is an over-the-counter (OTC) drug containing 4% lidocaine. Use it only as directed on its Drug Facts label, and read the label’s warnings before each use. For all of our products, review the full ingredient list before use, discontinue use if irritation occurs, and consult a physician, pharmacist or your tattoo artist with any questions about whether a product is right for you. Some Inky Duck products may not be available for purchase in all sales channels due to regulatory requirements that vary by marketplace.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Inky Duck Tattoo Aftercare or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
